This contract
supported the Joint Deployable Intelligence Support
System (JDISS) Joint Program Office (JPO) for the
research, development, integration, and related
technical support of the Linked Operations-Intelligence
Centers Europe (LOCE) system. The contract efforts
were primarily in the areas of requirements analysis,
systems engineering, development, integration, and
program management support. This contract provided
the means for the JPO to perform its LOCE support
mission by establishing and maintaining an accredited
server software baseline and all associated communications
and infrastructure support elements. The LOCE server
baseline and all associated communications and infrastructure
support elements are operated by the United States
European Command (USEUCOM) to facilitate the ongoing,
rapid exchange of intelligence information with
the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and
the NATO member-nations. In addition, the LOCE server
baseline may, under different names, be operated
by other unified commands to facilitate the rapid
exchange of intelligence information with designated
allies and/or coalition organizations. |
